Improve your excercise overall
Cut down on saturated fats
Massage the areas with cellulite with a firm circular motion. You can use a firm bristled brush, a massage soap bar or your fingertips
Try using creams/oils/lotions which contain orange peel

To diminish cellulite, it's helpful to know what types of things cause it. One of the main causes of cellulite is stress. Stress can come in all forms but one form that has a major effect is from the foods we eat and what we drink - processed foods and soda.
Once we have cellulite it is hard to get rid of but some things that help are:
- reduce (or ideally eliminate) processed foods
- address food intolerances (e.g., wheat/gluten, dairy, soy) and eliminate those
- drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water (if you weigh 140 lbs, drink 70 ounces)
- exercise regularly. Weight training, cardio and yoga are all fantastic.
Prepare a mixture of rosemary and fennel essential oil to three teaspoons of carrier oil, such as almond oil. Rub this mixture on cellulite affected area daily. This is simple yet effective home remedy for cellulite.
There is a new product out not that long called "Bio-Oil".
It helps with cellulite, stretch marks, scars and un-even skin tones.
It was recommended to me by doctors after I had been scalded with boiling water from below my neck to my hip area.
During the healing process, and for a few months after it I had to apply it once everyday.
There was a high percentage I'd be left with quite visible scars. After using Bio-Oil, I have very small and barely visible scaring on my left shoulder and my left hip.
I also used it on my thighs for cellulite and stretch marks, and I have to admit, it worked wonders for me.
You apply the lotion once a day, for about 2-3 months.
I would highly recommend it.

lately i've been told that tea may increase the appearance of cellulite! do you know if this is true? as i drink quite a lot of tea especially in winter!

I drink atleast 20 cups of tea per day!! I'm addicted to it!
Maybe I should cut down!

Losing weight does reduce the appearance of cellulite, because the less fat you have, the less chance of fat cells bulging to the surface. Working out builds muscle which also reduces the appearance of cellulite.
