    Default Tightening Skin

I don't know if I need to post this here or another area.
I've have recently lost a lot of wieght and can't seem to tighten the loose skin.
Mostly my underarm, chest-armpit area, lower stomach, and inner thigh area.
What I was wondering is, if anyone had a little secret or formula besides plastic surgury that may help with tightening of the skin.

    Thanks, Man

How did you lose weight? Did you do it by dieting alone? I think you need to workout and build some lean muscles in order to tighten your lose skin. It takes longer but it works. No skin cream could help.

You also need to eat healthy - more fruit and veggies, and drink a sufficient amount of water everyday.

I lost the weight by diet, exercise, and eat healthy....I've gotten back a lot of my muscle area back...biceps, chest, stomach...but the flab is hard to get rid of...I don't want to be like I was when I was playing ball...just a little toner. My wife has been excited because she gets to feel muscle again, I didn't know how much she missed it until one time she felt me up and even kissed my chest (will save the rest for another post area...LOL)...and I feel better too. I know that skin takes along time to snap back...just want to see if there is anything that will help with toning and tightning....I drink minimum of 32 oz of water a day...a lot of times more...I exercise everyday, about 30 minutes, usaually situps and plyomectrics type workouts and I eat nuts and friuts. Not a health freak in anyway...just decided to make a life change. With my health and my relationship. But my wife hasn't realize that I'm not doing it for her but for me.

I don't use over the counter products. But, when I exercise vigorously (running, aerobics, etc.) and take a lukewarm then cold shower it tightens my skin.

Laser skin tightener would be my recommendation to you. Laser Gyag seems to be the best for skin tightning as there is many other lasers that don't work as well but cost as much. It is a costly procedure but very effective! When I was on diet I took MacroLean diet pill that has ingredients that tighten your skin and help you burn fat, this also can help you. Good Luck!

Nourish and care for your skin. Daily exfoliation can help to remove dead skin cells and increase skin circulation. A hot bath with sea salts and minerals can improve skin tone. Skin tightening creams with herbaldiet formulas like protein shakes and ingredients such as aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, yeast extract, soy protein, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A can help to hydrate and increase collagen and elastin formation in skin.

I have this simple remedy that I got over the internet for skin tightening, and it works for me, you can try it too:
Mix 2 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon, massage on skin and if possible leave it overnight then wash with warm water the next day...love the result so much

Honestly, if I would have been in your place then I would have known the type of my skin in first place because not every skin types give results with the options listed above. Consult a beautician or a skin specialist first and then try anything on face.
