Unhappy Eczema SUCKS ...help

I have horrible eczema...I've learned to deal with it almost all over my body but my hands are so dry and cracky now that I am afraid to even wash them! They crack open and bleed and ugh its just horrible

I use fluocinonide ointment (prescription) and ofcourse only soap, detergent, perfume, etc. that is all natural and has no dyes or whatever in it lol

any new ideas or tips i've never heard of before???? PLEASE!!! I have no finger prints left lol

Arbonne has the BEST products ever. I live in Colorado and I had dry skin before we moved here so it was even drier when we moved here. I discovered Arbonne and my skin has never been better. Let me know if you want more info.

Default Hey there....try this

There is a research and development company that holds a patent to a nutritional discovery which not only gives your body it's own ability to heal and regenerate itself NATURALLY but it's Anti-Aging too. It sounds like you are lacking the proper nutrition your body needs to heal you and I'm not talking about eating fruits and vegetables because there is no nutrition in that this day in age, numerous news headlines and articles say so...You should look into this new discovery because when you understand the science behind it, you will understand how it can be beneficial for your skin, to help clear up the eczema. If you decided to take this nutritional discovery, I recommend that you commit to taking it for 6 months. You didn't develop eczema overnight so it's not going to heal overnight either. Do you know what I mean? Everybody wants the "pop a pill cure" and it doesn't work like that. I'll leave you with an educational website that can give you insight on this discovery and how it is making a GLOBAL IMPACT on dis-ease. On top of that, the same company just launched a new skin care system here in the US, until now it was only available in Japan. It's made from pure water and it does NOT promote acne or cause ANY skin irritation because it's made so pure. No one knows about this skin care system yet because it's only word-of-mouth. Anyhow, the skin care system is great but for now, you would benefit more I think to look into the nutritional discovery. You do what best suits your situation, I can only share this with you. There are people who share their stories of how this discovery has helped them on this site that you can listen to and remember, this is NOT a cure, it's gives the body it's OWN ability to heal, repair and regenerate itself, naturally. I have the same kind of cream as you for my dry skin. I also use peanut oil and I love the way it makes my skin feel.

A g/f of mine sent me some Arbonne baby products. The moisturiser is just wonderful. It's very creamy and helps with really dry skin.

I have psoriasis not ezcema but I know how bad you must be feeling.

I tend not to use soaps as they only dry out the skin even more. I use shower gels which are less drying. When I was pregnant with my oldest the midwife suggested I use sorbelene cream as soap alternative. It helps and it is also great for using as a moisturiser.

I bet you get really itchy too. I know I do and when that becomes unbearable I use oatmeal in the bath. Dermaveen or Aveeno is great. If you don't get that where you are you can use ordinary oatmeal but place it in an old sock or stocking and hang it under the running water. I used to laugh at the idea of using oatmeal in the bath but it really does help with the itching.

I put olive oil, vitamin E oil and Tree Tea oil in my lotion. I use Goat Milk lotion products, shower as little as possible. I discovered Arbonne Skin Care products, not something I would normally buy, it was a gift, I will buy more. The products helped the eczema, dry skin, dead skin cells. I live in Colorado the driest place I have ever been. I don't and will not sell this product but will buy it. Also I take 2 Benedryle and 1 Zyrtec at night, it does help. No reason why it should but it does. Use Cortizone for itch. I stay with as many organic products as I can, and I cannot afford it.
Good luck, I share your misery.

Anybody ever use Elidel? It's supposed to be by prescription only.
