Like most people's skin my skin gets tighter because of the cold air in winter. I live in the UK, so it rains a lot too. What is a good skin care routine to keep nice skin over winter and when should I start it?

Put lotion on your face before you go anywhere...and make sure to put lotion on your face before bed. An oil free lotion is best if you have sensitive skin to break outs. Neutrogena is a really good brand to use. Also, just because its rainy or cloudy doesn't mean you're protected from the sun. Use a lotion during the day that has at least SPF15-30.

Oh, you can also switch to a milder face wash...so it isnt too drying. Noxzema is a good one with the moisturizing in it.

Usually i always been disturbed with the dryness around my nose and lips which really irritates me a lot when i m away from home, i do use lotion and moisturizers but when i m away from home for a long time, it gets dry again and there again it irritates me a lot, please suggest something good.
