Don't be too hard on yourself. I had acne a few years ago and I started putting numerous anti-acne creams and other products and it made it worse. Skin is sensitive to harsh chemicals, so sometimes the best solution is to either use products free or non organic chemicals or to simply leave it as is and it might improve on its own with better nutrition.

Hey, have you been to a dermatologist? There are tons of things you can buy for acne but for me, alot of over the counter stuff made it worse. ECSPECIALLY pro active! I broke out bad from that stuff (not saying it will happen to you or anyone else, just my expereince) I dont know if your looking for a more natural organic remedi, but my dermatologist put me on an anti-bacterial medication (becuase acne is an infection) and also a gel...clindymicin..seems to be working for me.

good luck, I am familiar with the battle!
