    Default Chemical burns?

About a week or two ago I put on deodorant (tom's of maine) later in the day I just felt hot so I just grabbed what was close to me ( the body shop deodry) and put that on. I felt it burning but I had been drinking so I just shrugged it off. Well I thought it went away but now if I try to shave or put on anything but corn starch it itches like crazy. Any ideas what to do is it a chemical burn or just heat rash cause it's hot? I am very uncomphy help?

Treatment of chemical burns depends on the removal of chemicals that cause burning, and then clean the area to promote healing healthy. This occurs when the body is exposed to caustic chemicals or acids. Can these chemicals are a group of ordinary household chemicals related to skin for long periods of hazardous chemicals is very used in the manufacturing industry.

Ooo Sally, I've had a chemical burn and they are not fun. If it started burning right after you applied the second kind of product, its probably a burn. In my case it was some misformulated facial lotion (Youth Guard), I went to a dermatologist who said, "stay out of the sun until it heals". The irritated splotches went away and I thought it was healed. Went for a bike ride and all the burned areas turned orange. Back to the dermo, who then says, "Oh it will take 7 years to heal fully. You have to avoid sun ALL that time, wear sunscreen and big hats and just avoid sun exposure"
Would have been nice if she had told me that the first time around. This is what kicked off my MCS and made me paraben sensitive.

You need to first of all treat that area very gently. You many need to quit shaving for a few weeks until it it less sensitive and has had time to start healing. You may also need to avoid deodorants and any other harsh chemicals for some time.
    Welcome to my world.
Get into a doctor to verify that it is a chemical burn.
Lots of water is a good idea. I've talked about this before, Chlorophyll is a good internal deodorizer you can get the liquid or capsules at the health food store. Taking that daily will greatly reduce your body odor so when you sweat even without deodorant there won't be much odor.

    Quit drinking darling!!!

Ahhh she really should told you. I would have been pissed if that was me.
I have been trying to just use corn starch under my arms I just don't know if that will dry out those areas more. They feel super dry and itchy. I have been using Sarna sensitive. To try to alleviate the itching. It says no steroids and fragrance free on the bottle. It's used to moisturize and relieve itching do to dry skin and eczema so I think it's ok :/?? And do you think it means no going in the pool? Cause plan for today was my pool a book and margaritas.
