Unhappy Allergic reaction to either makeup or my skin care line.

I'm not sure if it's my makeup or my skin care line that I use to clean my face or my cat. The corners of my top and bottom eyelids are red and a little swollen and are causing me to have bags under my eyes. I've always had a little bag under my eyes but know they seem to be worse. They do not itch at all. They have been doing this for about 2 weeks or so. I went to my regular doctor and she said I could be allergic to my cat also. She prescribed nasal spray, claritan and benedryl but they do not seem to be helping. Is there anything you can suggest that I do or try.

Default What line and how many products?

I have found as I age that more and more products break out my face. My skin texture gets rough and bumpy like an orange peel. My neck is the worst, it gets red and tight and makes me want to wear a turtleneck year round. AHA's are the worst offenders for me. Even Clinique is affecting me. I just started using Ole Henrikson's Nurture Me, it's fantastic so far. I like to layer on the products, using an eye cream, a photoaging product, some Kiehl's C for sagging around the brow area, then some other stuff, followed by other stuff, followed by a serum Way too many products at once. Going to try and limit them to just an eye cream and face and serum for night.

When you experience any irritations at all, stop all products you are using on your face and just wash with mild soap...I use Ivory because its much gentle for my super sensitive skin.
