The reality is that they are more than likely there to stay unless you have medical intervention.

Learn to love them, that is my suggestion.

The best you can do is learn to keep your skin healthy and elastic. Drinking lots of water and getting the nutrients for healthy skin is the most important way to fight stretch marks and cellulite. I'm not sure if that helps with vericose veins. There's articles on fitness sites that you can get a more complete list of tips for nutrition, but from memory, vitamin e, protein, and water were key to skin health.

I have been using revitol for over 6 months now and i can feel that its working. My stretchmarks are lighter though plus I exercise and drink lots and lots of water...about 16 -18 glasses daily.

    OMG 16 - 18 glasses of water a day?

Our body is mostly water but seriously I have not heard of any recommendations that suggest other than 2 Litres per day maximum, 8 glasses...

Vericose vains are usually either heriditory, or from wearing stockings, crossing legs as your usual posture..

Oliminate the above to start with... You can indeed get them removed, stripped...

As for stretch marks, learn to see them as beauty, a part of you, I know of no cream that gets rid of that

Cellulite, water does help so does exercise.

The more you weight over your suggested weight, the more Cellulite you will gain..

Aim at a good diet that allows you to be healthy, happy.

Hunny! Embrace your stretch marks. I have them on my hips, inside thighs and outside thighs. You're a woman and should take pride in it. I had problems with them and was embrassed by them and realized over the years...who cares! It is what it is and its a part of who I am. Love me or leave me. If a man really loves you, he'll love that part of you too!

As for cellulite, drinking water will help some, because it hydrates the skin, but it won't make them competely go away. Also applying lotion daily helps too. But as I said, there is no remedy that makes them go away completely.

There are several creams to try but I think all they do is to lighten the skin area and not totally make them dissapear
