    Hot showers relaxes me more. Cold showers on the other hand perks my mood up and I just take them when I am about to goof off with friends. LOL!

    Well, I do know the hotter the shower the dryer your skin is going to be. I don't know the effects it has on hair, but if you want to take a nice steamy shower, make sure you put lotion on while your skin still feels clammy. That will lock the water in that's obsorbed in your skin from the shower. If you don't apply lotion, your skin will be pretty dry.

    I am generally concerned about anyone that types anything in here that contains an outbound link of any kind because;
    A)They don't have enough respect for the forum to read it's rules, and/or
    B)They have their own interests in mind.

    Probably an honest mistake.

    Let's leave the moderating to the mods, shall we?

    Warm water opens pores - cold water closes it. Smaller pores on skin "looks better." As far as hair, the shaft is opened up by warm water, and closes again, leaving a smoother shaft and shinier result, with cold. Whether one is healthier, I don't know - but as far as looks, it doesn't hurt to finish up a shower with a cold rinse.
