Default Hair problem need help.

Need your help desperately, I am 28 and I facing hair fall for the few months. I am even scared of putting comb. I don?t know what has happened but the hair fall, it has just increased day by day. Can any one tell me what should I do control hair fall. Caz I have tried a lot of homely tips. But no improvement till now

Post hair

My hair is fine on the top and wish it would grow thicker when i do let it grow it goes thick and frizzy at the sides and end up having it trimmed i cant find shampoos for frizzy hair i also have to wash it every day.I hate my hair and makes me so depressed

I had the same problem! I would let my hair grow, and when it got really heavy and frizzy it would weigh me down. Then I would get it cut shorter, but it wasn't the right solution. When I went to Greece this summer, I happened to get my hair cut. It turned out awesome because she added so many, short layers. The top of my hair got more volume and bounce because it wasn't as weighed down. I love my hair now....its layered, straight, and texturized or kinda thinned out to avoid unnecessary bulk. You might want to try getting more layers and added a smoothing product for the frizz!
