Thread: dark skin

Hi! Im just wondering because my skin never get lighter. Many of my friends have darker skin than me before but when we came here in Cebu and work, their skins are getting lighter and lighter. I understand that you should not let your skin to be exposed directly to the heat of the sun. They all work in Department Store, obviously its cold that's why their complexion improved. But im working in a call center, everybody knows that the "floor" is very cold as well and im working at night. I seldom go outside our house but still my skin complexion did not improve. Am i toxic? What should i do to have a lighter skin complexion?
