    Default Help me to get rid of pimples, please.

    I have been facing the problem of pimples for a couple of years. Although I have tried a few of the products available in the market but they don’t seem to be as good as they can get. These things really give you a bad look and make you stand out in the crowd for no reason. Can anyone suggest me a good product to help me get better results?

    Usually people face this kind of problems and are given various suggestions that really do not cover the basic problem that need to be tackled with. The skin really needs to tackled smoothly and you just cannot apply products to it and hope that you can be fine with that. I use (link cut by mod)] which has Vitamin B5 that helps to reduce sebum and make your skin free from acne. I really enjoyed discovering this product as it has made my skin better.

    i had the same issue with pimples till one of my friend introduced me to Pro Active.. i was skeptical about trying them because i always think that products that get advertised on TV dont really work.. but i guess it is always different with people...
    so she got me to use it and after 2 weeks my face was clear, no more oiley skin and i always feel fresh...

    but everyone is different.

    I tried a few brands but none seem to work so i actually researched skin and pimples;

    a pimple is dead skin blocking a sebaceous (sweat) gland therefore causing a blockage resulting in an eruption.

    so then i just started washing my face (where i had pimple problems) more often and using a toner made of natural cleansers (eucalyptus, citrus) and water, have been mostly pimple free since!

    [B][FONT=&quot]Drugs, creams and typical acne cures sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently. Now you can learn these clear skin secrets from a nutritionist and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it's done with the knowledge on ***

    Default Acne is actually an internal problem

    In my research I am learning how acne is just your bodies way of expelling things that it creates biologically. I know that sugar causes a reaction in the body and creates these things that must come out via the liver and kidneys and yes, via the skin. I'd have a look at your diet and see if there isn't something that seems to bring the acne out more and bingo..that would be the thing to cut out. I hate that all of our problems are really diet based and it's a matter of deciding whether we want to continue on with our usual ways or do the hardest thing and that's to clean up the diet. That took me quite some time to wrap my brain around and now I am doing a lot of things differently. We usually want to just take the easy way out with a pill or a lotion but it's not the long term solution. This is just another way for you to go about your problem. Hope it helps some.

    Don't drink coffee!
    I used to have mild acne but I still hated it - we got proactive and all that but nothing worked.
    Then I stopped drinking coffee every single morning and switched to green tea.
    My boyfriend tells me I belong in England because of how much tea I drink. :P
    Anyway, after that.. it went away! Must've been somethin with the caffeine. Sure the occasional zit happens but for the most part, very clear skin.
    I use clearasil daily face wash every morning and that's it. Noxema facial pads work good too.
    Also try colorful fruit [I read this on a site and honestly.. what fruit isn't colorful?], drinking lots of water, fish, oatmeal, and a teaspoon of olive oil [ick.] a day.

    Wash your face as much as possible... 3-4 times a day. I recommend using PONDS to wash your face with.
