    Default Pityriasis Rosea

    Pityriasis Rosea is a skin condition i get every now and then
    it doesnt itch, it doesnt hurt, it isnt uncomfortable, its not flakey and it doesnt ooze! you're probably thinking (so whats the problem)
    Does anyone else here have it? If so do you have any ideas what causes it?

    My daughter had this 2 winters ago. She had red blotches all over her back and stomach. Pediatrician said pityriosis. I had never heard of it. She told me it was viral but not contagious. She wanted my daughter to expose the area to sun.

    I looked online at the time for pics/info for it. Have you checked anywhere online? Where does yours present itself? From what I remember she just had it on her back and stomach.
