Default

You could try to lay out in the sun with your arms covered and hope that it evens out a bit.

Default sunscreen!!

The sun is extremely dangerous now-adays.

My suggestion for you is to wear a 50+ spf sunscreen on your arms and maybe a 15 everywhere else. Lay out for about an hour a day rotating onto your back or stomach (whatever is opposite of what you started with) at 30 minutes.

If you feel an itching or burning sensation on your skin, either apply more or a higher power sunscreen or get out of the sun all together. That means your starting to burn.

If you just want your arms to stop tanning for now, make sure that you put on the 50+ spf sunscreen before you leave your house. Try to make it a morning routine.

Good luck!
