Default Whiteheads!

At least I think they are whiteheads! I can't seem to get rid of them, I only get them on my forehead. They aren't as noticeable as pimples, it you touch it it feels like a hard little bump and when I squeeze it this tiny semi-hard whitish clear thing come out. Do any of you know what kind of products I can buy to get rid of them ? Im having no luck!

TIA!

Doesnt it take alot of effort to get them out? DO you dig your nails into the skin?

*does it soor for the typo. If it is harder and takes more effort to get out the lil buggars then I would reccomend you go to a local beauty college or votech center or possibly you may be able to find a salon/spa which carries RxSystems Enzyme peel. It is the most wonderfull product for loosening up the pus and sebum that gets trapt in our hair folicules. Also a another good thing to invest in is an "extractor" which you can buy at your local sallys, walmart, etc. It's a thin metal stick with 2 sides . It is very very very important that you prepair your skin before you do anything to it. It must be loose like when you just get out of a hot steamy shower when your pores are still open! Dry, cool skin makes it alot tougher to remove blackheads, whiteheads etc. But all you do is press the opening of the exstractor over the tiny hole/bump.. etc. VERY LIGHTLY if you do not press lightly you could damage your skin maybe even care or break veins over time. SO DO NOT UNDER ANY CURCOMSTANCE DRAG the extractor over your skin. It will not be painless all the time but under no circumstance should you try to force it to come up to the surface.

In a salon/spa ask them if they have an "enzyme facial peel and extraction treatment. It will do wonders for your skin! ((HOWEVER The enzyme is specieficly designed to bring all that nasty yucky gunk up to the surface so its easier to get out so dont think its not working when a few more zits pop up. Thats how you know its working. just keep with the reutine of the peel and the extractions and your skin should start looking and feeling so much healthier!!!))
