Post Baby Teeth!

My sister are looking for a dentist and sister having trouble finding one who is an expert in sister condition. Can you tell me what kind of specialty would best serve my sister. My sister 32 years old and sister have only baby teeth, there are no adult teeth. Most dentists say that they are not sure what to do, but they have lots of expansive ideas. Any suggestions for me?
