    Default Eating Disorder and Teeth

I’ve had bulimia for the past seven years. I recently started therapy and now I’m taking antidepressants to help with the Obsessive compulsive part of my disorder. It’s been three months since my last binge. I know that I have a long way to go before I’m 100 percent better.

My problem is that my teeth are now clear and extremely sensitive. It’s been three years since I’ve seen a dentist. I’ve been ashamed of being judge so I avoid going. Now that I'm on my way to being healtheir, I’m ready to get my teeth fixed. Does anyone know how much it will cost to fix my teeth? Do I visit a regular dentist or a specialist?

My sister is bulimic and has had to spend thousands on her teeth. Last I knew it was up around $7k-8k.

You more than likely need to start with a regular dentist, most times they can do it all, however, they may opt to send you to a specialist.

Well without insurance I'd say a good 5,000$ to get your teeth fixed.
