Default I want white teeth cheap! What has worked for you?

Okay so I'm a college student so needless to say I don't have a lot of money to spend on $300 whitening at a dentist office.

Right now I am using Crest Night Effects. I haven't been using it long, but I am seeing little effects (no pun intended :])

What has worked best for you and has given you the best results? (ie. strips, goo, etc.)

I've used the goo you paint on with some success. You could also try dipping your brush in baking soda when you brush, that seems to work pretty good for me.

Hydrogen peroxide. Brush without toothpaste. Rinse mouthful fo HP for no more than 30 secs. Brush with toothpaste to kill the acid. rinse. Repeat every four days.

    Awesome!
    Thanks guys.
I also have quite sensitive teeth and don't want to do anything that will break up the enamel too much. Will the hydrogen peroxide do this?
    And is baking soda harsh?

I've used the HP for years and never had a problem. But it IS an acid and you do need to be careful of it. I would start with a short time period and use a "base' toothpaste to kill the acid. If you start having any increase in "sensitivity " then drop it immediately. The baking soda is just an abrasive, depending on how "hard" you scrub you can do damage. be sure to scrub "gently".

crest makes a decent whitening tooth paste with scope and whitening mouthwash too. Those would be the cheapiest, I like the crest white strips with advanced seal. I find they work awesome.

I used a colgate brush on whitener that you had to leave for 30 secs to dry and then rinse. It worked a treat!
