It works if you do not want any teeth left. Try baking soda and lemon juice, hydogren peroxide is a powerful oxidising agent which should never be swallowed and can lead to blindness if in contact with eyes.

Yeah teeth whitening has become one of the major problem among the people. If you are looking to get out of it you have to brush your teeths 2-3 times daily.

Most of the whitening toothpastes only clean the surface stains fo the teeth. To get at the dentin layer of the teeth, you'll need something stronger.

Some "white strips" work with mixed results. The "best" methods are commcercial strength products from your dentist.

The other thing to remember, is once you go through the trouble and expense of whitening your teeth, you have to give up ALL dark liquids (coffee, tea, soups, broth, ketchup, etc.) to maximize the benefit of your efforts to keep them that way.

1)Use the sap from a aloe vera plant to whitening the teeth.
2) Mix Baking soda and any toothpaste until it has a gritty texture, do it everyday, it will give better results.

Whatever you do...dont buy the cheap...or expensive Box kinds that are in the stores...they weaken your Enamel... I just use baking soda,and water....thats whats in most of the whitening toothpastes. If you use that, mouthwash,and floss you teeth will be pretty white.

Brush with table salt. This kills the germs and keeps bad breath out. This works wonder. This is a grandma home remedy for sparkling white & healthy teeth.

This is not a home remedy but there is a toothpaste called Plus White that works wonders for removing stains like from drinking dark sodas. If you have surface stains try Plus White its one of the cheapest toothpastes out there and it works awesome
