my teeth are disgusting ... well, not really but ithink it is .everytime ismile isee the gaps in between my teethnot cool .ichipped my two front teeth when iwas twelve biting this magnet .dont know what iwas thinking buut yeah :L
what do ido to help my teeth get back into shape?
Plaque or food particles on the teeth are the primary sources of bad breath, which is also known as "halitosis'. The solution is simple; brush and floss your teeth regularly.
Brushing and flossing is crucial obviously, but for someone with chipped teeth, the only way to correct that is through cosmetic dental procedures.
As for whitening, there are kits and strips you can buy at your local Wal-mart (like Colgate Whitening Strips) that work fair. You can also buy teeth whitening bleach at a dentist office but you need a "tray" to put the gel in. Mine is one fitted especially for my teeth, but you can also use the regular whitening trays like you buy from walmart.
