Default why does it look gray inbetween my teeth?

pretty paranoid right now. I have been flossing for years. Brush twice a day and mouthwash. My teeth are by no means straight. I ve had one cavity in my life. Can
in between my teeth be rotting for some reason?

if you look in between my lower bottom teeth they are crowded. And in between
the teeth they are gray. hard to tell from the pictures. but the gray does exists.
    Anyone know why?

I can see redness on the gums and the teeth showing that the gums are receeding that is called perionditis disease which is a gum problem... Left untreated, you will have your gums more receeding and bone loss and that is usually passed down from family.

Smoking, drinking, sweet dishes, assists in this and what you need immediately is to be checked for it, teeth cleaning the plaque remains and no matter what you do in flossing and cleaning it needs deeper treatment without it a loss of 70% of bone means dentures nothing can work ... no bridges, bone transplant will help.

I know because I have this and I may be able to have transplants to the top but I may not .....

Remember though teeth are nothing, as in if it's too late , pftttt. but a smile is important so pick a good dentist so if it's dentures it looks natural and you can live smile and be happy....

Your lips also show signs of redness, do you smoke? There are marks there that to me show potential cancer... dark marks and lumps, please see a dentist and if you smoke stop now.
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

When was the last time that you had a cleaning? I noticed some grey matter building between my teeth before my last check up. My Indianapolis dentists told me that it was the calcification of food matter due to lack of flossing. Typically it takes a lot for the enamel on your teeth to rot.

That's kind of gross. In general, I would suggest that everyone floss 2 or 3 times a day to ensure that food doesn't build up behind and between your teeth. I have seen some truly gruesome things caked on patients' teeth as a dental hygienist.
