The whole process was supervised by my dentist whom I trust very much, and he said although rare, serious adverse reactions do occur. I paid a lot to have it done and by the time all was said and done, my teeth were 6 shades lighter and I had a headache, mouth pain and tooth sensitivity that lasted for about 3 weeks. Definitely NOT worth it to me!
The same exact thing happened to me.

I was missing a tooth, and because I was dead set on Zoom, I waited to pick the color of my implanted tooth until after the whitening. Which would have been a smart idea, had I simply used strips or something.

Now my teeth are super sensitive, even after a year.

No, I would definetly not use any clinical whitenig procedures. There are always side effects and risks, and it's not worth it for me.

My teeth are slightly yellow and i found that just by brushing them a little longer with a standard whitening toothpaste, they became white. Of course, it's not a shiny, pure white. But it looks more natural and it's a lot less expensive!

Be careful what you use on your teeth. The enamel has to last a lifetime just
watch out for "free trials" and avoid them.

When a tooth gets a grayish internal stain after a root canal , it will never lighten from whitening strips. It would require a procedure called internal bleaching.Always take good care of your teeth.

You could try a home based solution.
The most popular brand of home teeth whitening is called Crest White Strips, which works by slowly removing teeth stains and whitens teeth.

I was skeptical at first, but it wasn't until i personally tried it out for myself when i realized that it does work very well. I even documented this on my personal website which is mainly about *removed outbound link*

I would highly recommend the strips if you're thinking about whitening your teeth cheaply and effectively.
