Hi friends,

I haven't had the loss of any teeth through accident - only extractions from the Dentist BUT. . .a lot will depend upon the condition of the underlying bone and the tissue at the site. If there is good bone and tissue then my recommendation would be to get dental implants. I have 4 and if necessary in the future this is the only way I'd go. I've dental implants where previously I had bridge work.
Your second option would appear to be a fixed bridge, this is where they create a span of teeth and attach them by crowning teeth on either side of the void. Not a bad option but may it not be possible to span 3 teeth in total and still maintain the integrity and strength that would be required.
Third option would be a removable bridge, a span of teeth anchored to your own teeth by use of metal hooks. These are not as strong as a fixed bridge but would be helpful in eating and certainly would improve your smile cosmetically.
Cost is another issue - are you covered by insurance? Dental implants are quite costly, followed by the fixed bridge, then the cheapest would be the removable bridge.
My vote is the implants, once in they are virtually no different from natural teeth both in form and function, however where I live they are about $4K each.
That is terrible! i'm sorry that happened to you. i only have one answer to this, Try dental implants. Not sure how much it will cost but i'm sure you can look up on the internet and find a good price in your location.
If You Can't Beat It! LOSE IT!
accept it and self-trust.![]()
