I used to be depressed, extreemly stressed, eating candy and carbs all the time, and finding it difficult to get energy to work out. I started an amino acid therapy program, by a nutritionist, where they "balance" your neurotransmitters. I was skeptical, but some of my family members had tried it already and had good outcomes, such as less depression, more energy and focus. Anyways after years of craving candy and carbs for energy I started the program (4 months ago) slowly began to not crave them and I was shocked! I am now less depressed, have more energy, and I now crave healthy foods. I have lost about 5lbs, but that wasn't my problem, my problem was the unhealthy eating, depression, and low energy. The company I worked with was online and it was really simple.
