Need a healthy way to diet
befor i got preg i only ate once a day and had a pretty nice body...every since the baby i have been trying to eat healthy .....eat small portions.....ans work out. the only way i can lose weight is eat once a day. its killing me. there has to be a easier way! help anyone?

Yikes! Eating once a day! What is your idea of a nice body? Twiggy? It's not about skinny, it's about healthy! You have a child now, are you nursing? That takes a lot of calories. Sounds like you need to do a few things; talk to your doc or nurse practictioner about what is a healthy diet and weight for you, educate yourself on healthy diet and lifestyle and rethink your self image. You are young and what you do to your body now you may live with for a long time.

no i am a curvy person! belive me! no i am not nursing....befor my pregency i was 115-120 and since then i about 125-130. i just want to be in that befor range. its not a big diffrence.. but i just want to feel good about myself.

i've been using a web site, it's completely free. Google Free Diet Plans..............they have a section about losing weight with baby even. There's support groups based on different interests and goals. Areas to track weight loss, what you eat, how much you exercise.
I've been using it for 3 weeks and have lost 6lbs so far.

Eating once a day is a great way to SLOW DOWN YOUR METABOLISM and STORE FAT ON YOUR BODY! For the other 23 hours and 45 minutes in a day that you are not eating, your body "thinks" its starving. So, when you finally do have your once a day meal it immediatly stores a lot of the energy from the food as fat.
A better way to drop those few extra pounds is to graze throughout the day. Eating small amounts of food (small meals, snacks (not junkfood, of course) throughout the day will keep your metabolism running. Stop eating as soon as you are full. If you get hungry again a little later, go ahead and eat a little more.
Also, eat something in the morning. Even just a few slices of apple or something like that. Your metabolism slows down as you sleep and putting something in your stomach in the morning to digest jumpstarts your metabolism.
