    How long have you been in this weight? Sometimes, age is a factor why we gain weight, especially for women. IN losing weight, I always believe that I should not go to sleep until I burn more calories than what I ate for the day.

    try not to eat right before you go to bed, give it an hours or 2.
    But really, realistically a healthy weight loss takes time, keep at it!
