Unhappy Need to Curb my appetite for CARBS... HELP

I have a crave almost a binge tendency on CARBS esp bread, rice and potatoes as well as cereal bars( i know they are not carbs). I eat healthy for the most part. Here is the scenario... I eat healthy ii.e six times a day for about 4 days and then on the 5th day I just go on a crazy binge where I sit down and eat half a loaf of bread or abt 2 cups of rice.
I know this is not normal. Please help as this is keeping me from geting to my ideal wieight. I just have the last 10 to go.

Can you take a suppliment? Maybe to curb your appetite or cravings?

Try eating healthy carbs to curb the cravings. Frozen bananas are very sweet and starchy so they work great. However, the best thing to do is find out what is really the root of these binges. How are you feeling before you binge? What kind of situation are you in? Figure it out, and avoid that situation or try to find another outlet.
