Have you seen a Dr or talked to anyone about this? I am not a Dr but I can tell you that I have struggled with my weight through out my life and all you can do is eat right and exercise. Get yourself on a schedule. A DR should advise you of what is best for you because you should really have blood work done to check your thyroid and blood levels. Carbs of course are bad. Stay away from white stuff pasta, bread,sugar etc. Try to exercise in the am it gives you great energy for the day and try to eat small meals through out the day like 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks to get your metabolism up. When I want to drop weight I eat only protein for 3 days straight like turkey, egg whites, chicken then you can add vegis and fruits. Again everyone is different but you need to have a dr check your blood levels first. You could be diabetic or iron deficient etc which are not bad things you just need to know.
