Hello everyone I recommend Weight Watchers to anyone who's trying to loose weight.. It worked for me. It's not a diet it just teaches you to eat smaller meals. Counting points!!!
Nothing worked for me, and i think i tried everything from diet pills (that landed me in the emergency room) to the south beach diet which activated migraines....So if you wanna loose weight the healthy way try weight watchers..It Works.. |

Yes, I am a Weight Watcher too. I've joined at least 5 or six times and it works everytime.
It helped when I finally realized food as a budget and you only get so much in one day. also, you have to burn off more than you intake, to loose weight. any one with questions, feel free to ask...

Does anyone know what the conversion is for Points & Calories?
I just saw my DR. he wants me to eat (about) 1300 calories and 20grams of Fat, and walk at least 20 mins a day. So to help me track what I am eating, and because i liked the program before when I was on it, I joined Weight Watchers. With my current weight I am set at 30 pts. and I am wondering if anyone knows if that really has me in the 1300 Range. Thanks Everybody. |
