I always had a really flat stomach, without ever doing anything for it (besides laughing a lot), and since I have an enourmous behind, that was always the one body part i was proud of.. but now I just came back from a 4 week vacation in the states, and being a fast food deprived german girl, of course I lived on Buffalo wings and donuts. The fact that we were always on the road and never stayed home to eat something real didn't help either.. neither did the hours of sitting in a car.
Well I thought I could just do lots and lots of situps to get rid of it again (it's an exercise you can even do in front of the TV, isn't that great?

), but then someone told me that that just pushes the fat to the middle of your stomach or something.
Now I'm confused.. do you have any tips on how to get rid of my little tummy? Anything that worked for you? (even the sit ups, I'll start tomorrow if you tell me so lol)
