    hi all!

I model and im not overweight. I absolutley love modeling and its something that i really want to continue doing.

Now, for modeling im a couple inches too big on my waist and hips to seriously be looked at big time. Im not into the whole eating disorders or supplements in order to get these last couple inches off. I want to do it the healthy way. Im 5'7ish 32-27-37. I would like to get to a 34-25-34. I believe I'd also feel better about myself if i got down to these measurements, its for me too not just the modeling

I have a tendency to eat ALOT of carbs haha i love bread and pasta I do work out and run but not often enough I guess. Also alot of times when I work out I tend to gain muscle in my legs even if im just running... I have a pretty athletic build.

I'd like to do this the natural healthy way! Idk how supplements that get rid of the toxins in your body work...that i might be willing to try if its safe. Does anyone know of safe supplements like that? Acrai berries are actually a berry from brazil that ive heard of. Has anyone used those? If so did you like it? Idk if thats meant for my cause b/c im not really trying to lose much weight at all but it takes out the toxins in your body.

Any ideas on fitness nutrition and other things to help me reach my goal would be great!

    Thanks so much all!

Prevention Mag has been promoting a Flat Belly Diet, they claim can lose 7 lbs and 5 inches in 4 days, safely. You might want to check it out.

It's monthly, the grocery usually has it, it's measures maybe 5 X 8 - odd size. Rodale Press publishes it. I've ordered their flat belly cook book. I had a doctor appt today and found that I've gained some weight - still can wear most of my clothes not very comfortably so I'm back to my push to a solid size 6, maybe a 4. 8 is a bit heavy yet, I have a naturally slender build - never look like I weigh as much as I do, but I sure feel it. I was wearing either/or until I moved and cut back my running. I'm having some stress related stuff going on and have surgery next week to remove a super thick endometrial lining (D&C/oblation) hopefully that will help, right now I can't pull my abs in like I could 6 months ago!

I'm with you on the carbs. I love to bake and eat what I bake! The last few pounds or inches seem to be the toughies. My challenge is also being over 50, I have to take care not to drop too much too fast, have to keep toned! I had the kind of figure you're shooting for when I was young, you have to stay on top of it as you get older, those inches just creep up on you.
