Smile Weight Watchers (or just diet!) buddy for a 28 yr old :)

Hi Everyone!

I've just joined weight watchers, and have tried their forums looking for a buddy with not much luck, I think it's more of a community thing
Anyhoo, I'm looking for someone who wants to really help each other along with diet/exercise/fitness and make sure we each reach our weekly/monthly goals. Preferably someone my own age(ish) willing to e-mail each other at least 3/4 times a week, and with a similar amount of weight to lose (I'm aiming for 1 stone by january, and 1 and 1/2 stone altogether). You don't have to be a Weight Watcher, I'd be happy to team up with anyone with weight loss goals!
I'm a 28 year old who sits in front of a computer all day long, so you can imagine I don't get too much exercise. I try to walk to work a few times a week and I've just joined a gym with a friend from work, we aim to go 3 times a week but we all know what happens to good intentions! :-D
I'm very sociable, I think my downfalls are alcohol (I do like a good night out!), bread products (especially pizza) and cheese.
Anyway, if anyone out there would like to team up and not just in an occasional forum post then get in touch! :-)

Just wanted to wish you luck!

Im not dieting sorry, but i do hope that you find someone to give you that moral support, if it helps, you could always come on here and keep us updated, i dont think the moderators would mind...but best to check with one of them just in case.

Otherwise, stay positive and stay motivated!

hi! have you found a buddy yet? i'm pretty new here (this is my first post) and i'm trying to find someone with weightloss goals simular to mine. your goals sound pretty close. i've never tried the weight watchers thing...how is that working for you? i don't know what your starting weight is, but mine is 157. and i'm trying to get back to the 125-130 i used to be. anyhow, let me know!
