Already after losing only 45 out the 150 I need to shed, my upper arms are getting pretty flabby, so I was glad to read your reply about underarm fat... actually its more like loose skin now that the fat is gone. I'm going to print this out and use my 2 lb. dumbells as a starting point. Thanks for the tip!
