Small changes now can make for BIG results down the road. Just make sure you continue to make changes all along until you are living the healthy life you want to live. I can't tell you how many times I started to make good changes in my life and then stopped for whatever reason.![]()
Sorry for the long time between posts. My roommates and I completed day 1 of the Power 90X routine regime. It was CRAZY hard, but my muscles feel amazing! We planned out our 5x/day small meals until thursday (they get paid) and bought the food and stuff. I am really confident that this is going to be a good plan!
