I think she means 177 pounds. You might take a look at the Woman's Advantage Diet, it's great for 20-40 yr olds, helps balance your hormones and uses the changes in your cycle to help you get your wieght down.

oh thank you so much well what i meant was that my weight was 177, i'm 21 of age. anyways i really need to lose this weight. its so nice to here that you have already lost weight good job. well my husband is a body builder so he found me the women s forums and he told me to partner up with someone he said its easier to lose with someone then by yourself. I'm glad we can partner up well we should weigh in every end of the week and write each day how are diet went. I did start Wednesday I also started taking alli and i try to work out every day i do cardio or jump on the elliptical for about 30min.

I started running a few years ago and dropped over 40 lbs I'd put on due to an illness followed by several years of high stress. I'm just starting the Flat Belly diet today. I've got two goals, one is to drop a few pounds I've added the last 6 months in a very high stress time and then to get rid of internal fat (visceral fat). I'm over 50 and in good shape, very health conscious and would be happy to be a 'buddy' although you might find someone with more similar goals better to work with. I don't own a scale, go entirely on how my clothes fit and how good I feel.

My first recomendation is to start walking - fast, regular and at least an hour a day. It helps you sleep better, regulates your mood, control your eating. Cut out all fried foods, soda (especially diet) and anything made with bleached, refined sugar. These things alone can make a huge difference.

Can I play too?

I also had 2 children recently and I am ashamed to say went from about 185 to 277 within the 2 years that I had my kids. I recently started going to the gym everyday and trying to eat a lot better (hard when money is tight). I have lost 12 lbs so far and about an inch all over but I am doing it all alone. I am following the advice or Dr. Pamela Peeke in her book Body for Life for Women and it has been going really well but I am doing it all alone and it would be lots more fun to have others to talk to about it.
