    Wink tighter tummy

    I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for helping with, "mommy tummy"? Because of back problems I can not do sit ups or crunches. If i do I have problems for days with my back afterwords. is yoga as good as people claim- Any personal experances? thanks for everyones help.

    I love yoga! It's one of my favorite exercises. My only concern is, although calming, it uses a lot of strength in your back. It's a lot of bending and stretching. I suggest trying a beginner's course. It can be a lot of fun. It also helps if you have someone to do it with you. You should deffinatley give it a try! Good luck! Namaste!

    Unfortunately we're unable to influence in what order our bodies lose fat. A caloric deficit will 'tap into' your fat stores, but in a genetically predetermined fashion.

    That said, you're not going to be able to pick and choose particular exercises in hopes of losing fat in the area you're working.
