Default overweight and fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am around 6 stone(ish) overweight and getting totally fed up with it. Going to start a healthy eating and try to incorporate some element of excerise in my life, but could really do with a bit of support (and vice versa). Tried numerous times to loose weight and haven't managed to succeed yet. I will keep everyone informed how my battle is going on this thread. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Way to go Gib. It starts with being fed up. When we let ourselves be 'comfortable' with our weight and 'settle' and say 'well this is the way I will always be' it doesn't motiviate us to change. Being fed up, telling yourself you deserve a healthy and active lifestyle and that YES you can do this is the key to success. I am happy you are enthusiastic and ready to start eating healthier and moving more, that and the determination you already have is really is the only thing your body needs to lose weight.

I think your first step should be identifying why your previous attempts failed.
