Well it's about time that I go on a diet, but the question is I need help with chosing a good Diet plan! I know forsure that it will consist of 8 glasses of water a day, but asfar as food I honestly don't know how to carry that out, so if you guys know any good diet plans to go with 8 glasses of water everyday please share them! This can include Vitamins too!

Just try to eat a healthy balanced diet and get plenty of exercise. Diets don't work, you need to change the way you eat- permanently. The problem with diets is that they are temporary, you lose the weight and then go back to the lifestyle that made you overweight in the first place.
1. plenty of fruits and veggies 2. lean meats 3. cut out fried foods/fast food/sweets (these things should be a rare treat) 4. exercise 5 times a week

Sourpuss pretty much nailed it.
Temporary plans lead to temporary results. And the whole 8 glasses of water per day thing is a myth. Some need more. Some need less. Completely dependent on you and your lifestyle. |

One thing to not do is eat right before bed, its bad for your health and wont help u lose any weight. i am on a diet and have posted on other topics and have stoped eating at 7pm and its helping me as when i get up in the morning im hungry and my matabolizm was at rest and then kicks in after i work out then eat breakfast.
i never relized how much i snack at night when im not even hungry gabby |
