That1kid,

Thanks for your advice! I'll start implementing that into my diet. I agree with you on the omega-3's. I take three fish oils every morning and I notice a HUGE difference just in my day-to-day energy. Very good for the heart.

Hello everyone my name is Frances nice to meet you all, I came across this post I know how you all are feeling , I also struggled with my weight for a while, eating clean is great and I found a great system that has helped me release 45 lbs and 12 inches from my waist alone and I went from a size 16 to a size 6. I am sure you will find something that will work for you all you need to do is just have faith in yourself. I would love to hear back from you .

Hi my name is Collette. Im 24, 5'8 and weigh 218 lbs. Im steadily gaining weight. Ive never been so depressed. I really would like a weight loss partner someone who really who understands and will be a great support system. In return ill do the same!!! I live in the ny area...westchester to be exact.....if anyone is interested please reply.
