    Thumbs up way to go

Good work! Loosing weight just takes consistancy...thats what I'm telling myself. I'm beginning now with a new frame of mind to just be consistant in my dieting (I used to diet, loose weight, then binge). Your positive outlook has inspired me!

thank you. I now have my best friend competing with me so I have extra incentive to work out and eat right. thank god for friends. I even went out for a joj for the first time in like two years man it hurt but it felt good. I also hope by jogging I can help my lungs heal faster from all the years I use to smoke. yay for me. I feel so great already.

Excellent, I just want to commend you, I have been really wanting to shift the 15kg which I am overweight and yesterday I got my head right. I know this is going to take me about 6 weeks, but the way I llok at it is that in 6 weeks time I can either be exactly the same as i am now, and I'm not enormouse, but I'm not happy with my shape. Or I can be the weight I want to be or at least well on the way to getting there.
I am aiming not only to lose weight but also to be as healthy as i possibly can. My very best wishes to you, I'll try to remembe to keep you all posted of my progress.

well i finaly lost 15lbs. i feel better but its going so slow i just wish i could wake up and be the size i want. my best friend just invited me to go to prom with her and all of the gang im 22 well out of high school but i though it would be fun a girls night out. so now i have something to really work for. i was fat in my seinor prom pics i dont want to look bad for these either.

I have to start working out my arms so then i can get them toned. i'm thinking of buying a heavier dumbbell so i can get more of a work out with them.
I wish i had a gym to go to but my husband thinks its a waist of money. oh well. i'll figure it out. but yay me for losing 15 lbs. it took a long time because the whole month of december was a disaster i kept going up and down but not really losing any weight. but now i am so YAY.

i've been taking pics of myself to see the difference and i have to say my face looks thinner now and so do my thighs. my waist is smaller but not much. but my streach marks are getting lighter thats great.

Hi Trista, I'm not the person you asked, but I'm making very fast progress in my weight loss plan as well.
I suggest you sign up it's a free website where you can follow their meal plans (or track your own food), so you won't eat too much... thhey also have fitness plans, nutrition and motivational databases and a whole lot of other stuff. It's so easy, I feel like I haven't changed my life at all.

i did a cleansing and detox to lose 5 lb.s the first week for a good jump start to my diet and then i restricted my calories down to 1500 a day with only one exeption. i drink as much milk as i want and i dont count ti towards my caloric intake for the day. otherwise i was sacraficing my calcium so i could still have a decent meal. i was also excersising everyday which i have not stoped but i'm not as in to it as i was. now im working on toning and not the cardio though i know if i did both it would be better but its hard to fit all that into my squedual.
the whole month of december was a total set back i didnt gain but i didnt lose either so i lost a whole month there thats why it took so long to lose again.

i did the special k for 2 weeks and lost 4 pounds, i am still doing the "eat cereal for breakfast and lunch and have a regular dinner, diet" i switch cereal sometimes to kashi's cereal or i would sometimes have the special k, in between i eat fruits and a special k bar. i also drink 64oz of water each day, atleast. it is a bit hard to keep up with but once you try it and get the hang of you get use to it, as long as you keep eating your fruits in between you wont feel hungry. I also have tea and coffee and i take a multi vitamin.
