Hi, I've only been registered for a couple of weeks but I'm really interested in reaching my weightloss goal and having the support of this site help me reach it. I've been looking into exercise videos for at home and heard about core rhythms. I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with it. Also I've changed my diet and am eating more fruits and less fats. I really want to lose about 50 lbs and am all ears to any ideas or exercise that can help me. So if anyone has ideas that they think could help, please share

hey there soapy! i too want to lose weight, maybe 40 lbs. Im doing this 12 day workout I found on the net. I think its going pretty well for me..
they say that you can lose as much as 10 pounds for the span of 12 days. message me if you wanna know the site. hope tht helps.. Good luck!

im trying to loose 40 pounds. Right now am doing the beach and body routine, and taking this pills called apidexin just for extra help. let you now how they work for me.

Hey! I also am working towards losing about 40 pounds... my plan is simply- less calories and more workout...haven't tried any diet pills, trying to do it all naturally...
I started about two months ago and have lost 22 pounds...and i am really bad about going and working out so if you stick to the workout plan i'm sure you can lose more faster! Also making sure you drink plenty of water and no pop helps incredibly! And if you must drink pop, drink diet and very little!KT |

Hey Soapy,
You mentioned how you wanted some support while losing weight. There is a fitness group (located under the community tab, under 'social groups') that is specifically meant for people trying to lose weight or be fit. You just go in there and log what you've done that day..or w/e comes to your mind. Ohhhh, if anyone knows of any free online workouts, let me know! Thanks

If you have cable, there are workouts in the on-demand section. As for online, you can probably find some on youtube.

Why don`t you try the Qwave diet system? Use Nutrition Log to keep track of all your nutrition information. You will be able to calculate calories consumed. It is also a very easy way to track your exercises, workouts, diet, and weight loss. And the most important in my opinion of course is that the Qwave helps you to stay in touch with yourgoals.
