Default I understand better

I now understand what you were saying. What my impression was earlier was that you expected an immediate change and that a person would have to become anoxeric to follow that diet immediately. I now understand that you are explaining a gradual change to clear the body, like taking acne away from the face. It takes time to clear the skin if it has been neglected a long time. I do understand the benefits of a good cleansing of the system. I mainly need to change my diet now into drinking more water, I don't drink a lot of soda pop, maybe one every two weeks, but I don't drink a lot of anything else either. I don't drink alcohol or coffee. I drink tea but that takes away from the nutrients I receive from food.
Thank you for explaining further what your lifestyle entailed.

Default Prob. I wasn't clear

What I find is that people are being charged hundreds if not
thousands of dollars for doing a 'common sense' thing that
wouldn't cost them anything...in fact save money.

Why go and do a colonic when one can simply fast and
drink juices, and take a 'wash out', and over a few weeks
have the benefit of it without the cost or embarrassment?

Why buy all these 'skinny shakes' when if one just ate less
of more nutritious products they'd be fine.
