Always Thin....always Aware

I have always been small and thin.
It takes consciousness.
I have had three children and am
the size I was when I was fourteen...
OUtside of pregnancy the most I have
every weighed was 110.
The largest size I have ever taken was
a pair of jeans which were 7/8.
Here is how you stay thin;
You don't eat.
Very simple, you don't eat.
You get to one small meal a day
or one tiny breakfast of muesli and one tiny
dinner that could be accommodated on a
cake plate.
When clothing is a bit tight...you fast.
You wash out and you fast.
You eat something that runs your belly
and have your mail forwarded to the loo
and drink lots of water and unsweetened
fruit juice and coffee with powdered creamer
the next day. No food.
You break your fast with a tiny bowl of
muesli and a tiny dinner.
You do it again the next week, until
clothing is no longer tight.
You don't buy or use salt or sugar
or eat cake or pies or soft drinks
or any junk food.
I am a vegan and have lots of recipes
and the net is full of recipes.
Once you get rid of meat and all the
fat from meat you also wind up getting
rid of the side dishes, the rice and the
potatos and the bread and the whatever.
Being hungry, (at first) you tell yourself
it feels good...make feeling hungry feeling
good. Eventually you won't feel hungry
any more cause your stomach will shrink.
You go the loo a lot...a LOT. Eat what
makes you go.
Do whatever exercises you want, but
going out a lot, meaning that that belly
which is full of waste is going out the
back passage.
If you look at people like Oprah...she got
down to a nice size, but keeps putting the
weight back on, because she can't stay
away from food.
If you don't buy it, you won't have it
so can't eat it.
You're hungry? Drink water, drink unsweetened
fruit juice...I've used to drink a half gallon of orange
juice a day... I drink a little less now...but replacing
sodas and cookies and candy with fruit juice is a
way to go.
Be conscious of putting food in your face.
Do something else with your hands.
Sit on the net, knit, clean the house...don't
have a kind of sit in front of television and
stuff..
All my clothes are between size 1 and size 5
tho' I have a fancy dress size 6 when I was
beginning my middle aged spread which I
nipped in the bud.
You didn't get fat over night, so it will take
you a time to lose the weight.
You have to change your life style.
