Angry Frustated with weight loss

hello everyone,

i am so frustrated with losing weight. both my boyfriend and i have gained weight. he recently started boxing and is toning up and shedding a few pounds. i am trying to lose weight and i am trying to do so. i joined boxing with him and i sweat so much and my body kills after the work out. but i have to admit that i am a stress eater. he tries to be supportive but i know that if i don't become determine to fight the cravings and i continue to eat the way i do i'll end up being the fat girlfriend. i want to lose 26 pounds. i'm not extremely overweight but i want to get healthier. also, i have family history of heart attacks, stroke, cancer and diabete's. i guess i'm asking for a support system. i have bought a lot of vegetables but its sitting there. i tried to start the detox deit but i can't get into it. any tips on how to motivate myself?

I started My extreme diet as i am calling it because i saw the tv show called the biggest loser and when i relized i was just a few pounds less then some of the ladies on there i jumped into action. I did the detox diet and lost 5 pounds and since i have lost 5 more. ten pounds in a month just as i am suppose to lose. My advise is that you have to be at the point where you just cant stand it any more and you break. So you change everything in your life, how you eat, what you eat, and where you eat. I dont even want to eat all the junk food i enjoy because i know the guilt of cheating myself will eat at me. I hope i gave you something you can use, you have all my support and good luck.

thanks girl!! my boyfriend and i went to a GMC store and bought some whey protien and womens / mens powdered vitamins/energy drink. today i start boxing with him and we are both being eachothers support system. thanks for the advice. another things that motivated me was that i went shopping. i found a very sexy dress ... oh my god if you could see it ... well when i tried it on i looked horrible. i am determined to wear that dress.

Default Always Thin....always Aware


I have always been small and thin.
It takes consciousness.

I have had three children and am
the size I was when I was fourteen...
OUtside of pregnancy the most I have
every weighed was 110.

The largest size I have ever taken was
a pair of jeans which were 7/8.

Here is how you stay thin;

You don't eat.

Very simple, you don't eat.
You get to one small meal a day
or one tiny breakfast of muesli and one tiny
dinner that could be accommodated on a
cake plate.

When clothing is a bit tight...you fast.
You wash out and you fast.

You eat something that runs your belly
and have your mail forwarded to the loo
and drink lots of water and unsweetened
fruit juice and coffee with powdered creamer
the next day. No food.
You break your fast with a tiny bowl of
muesli and a tiny dinner.

You do it again the next week, until
clothing is no longer tight.

You don't buy or use salt or sugar
or eat cake or pies or soft drinks
or any junk food.

I am a vegan and have lots of recipes
and the net is full of recipes.

Once you get rid of meat and all the
fat from meat you also wind up getting
rid of the side dishes, the rice and the
potatos and the bread and the whatever.

Being hungry, (at first) you tell yourself
it feels good...make feeling hungry feeling
good. Eventually you won't feel hungry
any more cause your stomach will shrink.

You go the loo a lot...a LOT. Eat what
makes you go.

Do whatever exercises you want, but
going out a lot, meaning that that belly
which is full of waste is going out the
back passage.

If you look at people like Oprah...she got
down to a nice size, but keeps putting the
weight back on, because she can't stay
away from food.

If you don't buy it, you won't have it
so can't eat it.

You're hungry? Drink water, drink unsweetened
fruit juice...I've used to drink a half gallon of orange
juice a day... I drink a little less now...but replacing
sodas and cookies and candy with fruit juice is a
way to go.

Be conscious of putting food in your face.
Do something else with your hands.

Sit on the net, knit, clean the house...don't
have a kind of sit in front of television and
stuff..

All my clothes are between size 1 and size 5
tho' I have a fancy dress size 6 when I was
beginning my middle aged spread which I
nipped in the bud.

You didn't get fat over night, so it will take
you a time to lose the weight.

You have to change your life style.

thanks for the support i really do appreciate it. i have started my diet and i am doing 2 hours of cardio everyday monday through saturday and i am only drinking whey protein and a powdered vitamin supplement. i feel great and i hope that within 3-4 weeks i see some results ... i am a siz 7/8 right now so i can't say i am obese but i want to go back to being a size 3-5. thanks again.

I am sorry But I really diasagree with that. you have to eat to live healthy. I say eat as much as you want but know when to stop and of course eat healthy. I dont think it is right to promote being anorexic. What if someone took that advise and went to far with it and died of starvation. that would haunt me for the rest of my life. I find that that way of life is not a life at all. for it is not what we didnt do in life that counts its what did to better ourselfs. I feel that there is nothing wrong with being a size 10 Maralyn Monroe was a size 12 and she is one of the most beautiful women in american history.
Just Be yourself and live healthy.

Kaylar Maybe you should see a doctor ask them if your lifestyle is healthy.

Default I Have


I am healthy, in fact, most people think I'm 40 not 57...
I have low blood pressure, no problem with anything
at all, am very rarely sick...

Most people carry around excess weight...I don't.
I'm not anorexic, I don't throw up after meals, I'm
just a small person.

I am five feet tall, very small bones and body.
My figure was 34/22/34 when I was fourteen
and it's 34/23/35 now...
If my stomach is as big as my fist, then the
amount of food I consume in a day, fills it.

And when the Tommy's are tight, I stop eating.
