At least the Green Tea gives me some energy. So Super Panda what are your down falls? If you don't mind me asking?

yes! i was so surprised. but I only weigh myself once a week. but natural green tea give speeds up your metabolism right? do you workout at home or at a gym? i suggest doing crunches, lunges and squats when you wake up to get you ging and eat food that help you gain energy. As for the tea I just bought in a drug store near our house. I don't know if its available outsdie the Philippines. But it's calle Biguerlai tea.. Just try any tea tha tyou think will be effective, don't do slimming pills! hehe

Yea thats what green tea does. I work out at home, I like to ride my stationary bike about 3-4 times a week 2 times a day morning when I get up and when before I go to bed and then I am pretty active with my 2 yr old. We go for walks when its nice and play outside. Of course its been hard (or maybe just excuse) because of the winter months here. But know its starting to get warm out so we can go utside and play more. I know that might help.. I purchased the slim in 6 program but thats REALLY hard on the joints..I know it dosn't help that I am heavy. I am Not goin to be the person to make excuses for things so I am just goin to try to start that program up again and kep riding my bike and TRY to eat right!! Back to some of the downfalls, in your diet? I am sure everyone has at least on. Like mine is definitaly carbs!!

Hey there! Sorry I've been out of the loop. I've been continuing to walk and run. I've also tried to eat well. So far, I've lost another pound. I'm not too enthused about it because I haven't been in the mood to eat lately. It's come down to 'making' myself eat. Weird, huh?

I'm going to start drinking more green tea. I've heard that the health factors are great. It cleanses out your system and may even boost your energy level.

MJMINER: Great job on excersizing!!! Don't beat yourself up over the pizza...it was just two slices and you can't expect to always eat healthy ALL the time. Look at it as a 'bump' in the road and move on from there. You're doing great

SUPER PANDA: Yayyyyy, so is that 7 lbs total now? Great job girlie!

Remember that we will all have set backs from time to time. I try to remind myself that I am still 'x amount' of weight loss from the beginning weight and I'm doing a good job. That's always helped me.

Keep us posted!!!!

Hmmm, that's weird. I thought I put in a response, but it didn't show up??? Well, I've been doing ok with my weight loss. I am making myself eat now and I'm still excersizing.

Ok, so today was a good day and I decided to go to the grocery store to get some food for the family. I carefully budgeted the grocery items to make sure I didn't go over my budget for the week. I had a little money left over and what did I get???? Little Debbie Snack cakes for Easter......2 boxes. Let's just say that we're down to one box now. I feel like such a pig!

I'm going to watch what I eat for the next week and drink more water. That's my plan of action. My next plan of action is to try not to let it upset me. We all have set backs and that was mine.

Last I checked I was down another pound...probably gained them right back, but hey, it was a moment of weakness. I'm going to drink more green tea....all because of what I've read, thanks to you all

MJMINER: If you're still feeling bad about the pizza...just read my reply, it'll make you feel better! LOL It sounds like you're doing a great job, keep up the good work!!

PANDA: Good job girlie!

Yay! A group would be a great place for support and suggestions! When is the group going to be created?

I'm 5'3" and weigh 187 (I was up to 210 about 2 years ago, eek!). I'm looking to get back down to 165, where I was in high school when I was on the cross country team!

Congrats to all who are on their way to their goals! Keep it up!

I think it's already created???? All we do is basically do progress reports and encourage each other.

Welcome aboard and congrats on taking the first step to losing weight!

I think we could actually start a social group, up under the community tab, under social groups. It has a link to start a group there. Wasn't sure if you were talking about that or checking in here.
