start a social group? that would be cool
grrr.. i feel so bad! i ate spaghetti for breakfast and dinner yesterday!
oh well, HAKUNA MATATA ill just make up for it by going to the gym today.

I started a social group (located under the community tab) entitled 'Fitness Group'. I made it public because I didn't want it to be 'by invite only.' Feel free to drop your lines there. Let me know if it seems to work! Thanks for the idea, countrygirl49

Don't fret too much over the pasta. If it's something you have in your house on a regular basis can you try loading your plate up with a lot of vegetables and just add a small amount of noodles?

If it makes you feel better, add an extra 15 minutes or so to your workouts the next couple of times.
