Default Losing weight and sore lower lip?

Ok this seems really weird to bring up, but I have to because it's driving me nuts!!!

I have been 'dieting' and excersizing for the ,ohhhhh, past 3 weeks, I'm guestimating, and I have a sore lower lip. It's almost like a blister or blisters. Nothing is visibly seen, but it's almost like blisters underneath the skin on my lip.

I know that seems weird, but thought I'd ask to see if anyone knows what's going on. I'm guessing that maybe there's a vitamin I'm missing or maybe I need to drink more water? I don't get cold sores or anything like that. It will come and go repeatedly, never showing up as a cold sore and just go away eventually.

Anyways, just let me know if you have an idea. I know it seems silly, but it's aggravating because it keeps coming and going.

I'm not honestly sure...is an ulcer visibly seen?? You can't see it at all, and really I don't know it's there until I lick my lips or something. But, yeah I have been eating some oranges and eating foods that I 'spiced' up with lemon juice. I'll take your advice and lay off the acidic things...maybe that will work! Thank god!

I think you could possibly get them without seeing them. Maybe they are starting to come up but arent showing yet. try laying off the orange, lemons etc for say a week and if it doesnt show any improvement then maybe pop to the docs for their opinion. I think its probably likely it is something like this though especially if you didnt eat as much before. I cant see that you would be missing any vitamins though because when you diet you tend to eat alot of healthy things compared to when you dont if that makes sense!
