So for those that read this thread, you guys want to give us an idea of what your diet consists of daily, ie) in addition to what your taking..

Think it's important to see what you are all eating... Everything matters, and if your doing something good, then don't we all want to know?

Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Any in-betweens?

Default what i eat and do

im up at 230am about 5 days a week bc of work. i workout for 40mins first thing in the morning, then eat a bowl of special k with 1cup fat free milk and 1cup of v8 slasph. i work about 8hrs a day and before i go home i eat a special k bar for a snack. for lunch it depends, mac & chesse, pbj toast, tendergrill. pretty much it is whatever i feel like. sometimes another snack like an apple or another bar. then w/e is for dinner. i dont eat much of it bc i know it is not healthly (it comes from a box) yummy. plus 8 cups of water. then bed and do it all over again. my wonderful day. i have no idea how many calories i eat i dont want to count them. anywho that is what i do. i do read the threads. go me!! still good luck to everyone

It's week 3 and I haven't lost anymore weight than the initial 10. I am eating pretty healthy, and working out 5-6 times a week. I have noticed much more muscle definition in my arms and upper legs, so I may be gaining muscle weight.

My diet consists of
Breakfast-yogurt(light and fit) 80 calories or smoothie which only has yogurt and fruit, or I also eat a bowl of special K with almond breeze milk (40 calories in 1 cup)

Lunch-usually salad, or cheese stick with turkey slices and carrot sticks, or pita filled with tuna, or a morning star chicken pattie-or a Luna bar

Dinner-salmon, chicken, or any other kind of fish, and spinach salad or fresh/steamed veggies

I try not to snack, and with the supplement it is much easier to refrain. Also I am drinking 4 32oz bottles of water a day. I have a juicer which is awesome for fresh fruit juice or carrot juice in a more concentrated form.

I like the results I am seeing so far, but they are not the results I thought I would be seeing when I ordered this stuff. I am thinking about just taking a green tea supplement since the caffeine is the only benefit I am getting out this stuff.

lol, yes you do.... Are you saying "weekend is for dinner?" Other wise you don't eat dinner?

That is an awesome menu plan, full of alot of goodness... I suspect you can also have 1/2 dozen nuts if hungry, and your carrot sticks can extend to celery, peppers, mushroom...

Alot of feeling fanstic comes from what goes in your mouth.

I was asking because i've started the wonderful give up smoking tablets and they make me feel all those inital "invade the body" feelings that you guys experienced initially, as well as not feeling as hungry..

Wanted to play mum and make sure your eating right haha. No seriously.

Well done, sounds like you both have a good plan, although not eating at night? Have to check on that one.

sometimes i dont eat at night bc i go to bed by 8 or so. if i dont eat my sleep im a bicth and i work with people all day long so sleep is good. i dont like to eat before bed so if im not hungry an hour or so before i go to bed i wont eat and im find in the morning. im not like feed me grrrrr hungry or anything like that. your meal plan is awesome i wish i could do something like at but im so picky that it is sad. even though you havent lose any more weight that is about 3 pounds per week which is normal weightloss so your doing great. dont give up hope. it took my a month to see weightloss before i started this pills bc of muscle gain. you should measure yourself you will be able to see if anything is happening then. good luck to the both of you. i wish my parents would quit smoking i cant stand to be on the same floor as them when they are.

hey everyone, im all leting you know what is going on for the end of week 3. i have ate bad all week and i mean bad, wendys, mcds, everything that i shouldnt was eatten this week. last week my weight was 235 this week it is the same and im not compalining. for as bad as i ate and for it to stay the same im happy. i got my dvds in the mail and i did one on thursday and couldnt do anything until today bc of how much pain i was in. i sweated like i never sweated before though. i just need to work my way up. good luck to you all and keep posting.

How is everyone doing?

I ended up fishing the bottle and I'm not ordering a refill. I ordered green tea extract instead and I like those better so far.

Wink end of the first month

hey everyone, just to let you know i ended my first month on these pills and i have started my second bottle. this week i lost another 2 pounds. thats about 7 this month which im so happier for. im going to see if i can lose more with a better workout and diet. fitness, i have tryed the green tea stuff and i lost some water weight then gain it right back. so good luck to you. i hope you all are doing well and good luck to you. i will write back at the end of this week to let you know how it is going.

Talking week 5

hey everyone, no one has been saying anything. this is the end of week 5 and im down almost 5 pounds!!!! im so happy, i changed something from the first bottle and that is my workout. i use jillian micheals dvds and it brings a great workout. if you hit a plauto check the dvds out, you will get tone and lose weight from them. anyhow you guys need to write back. i want to hear how you are doing. and good luck.

hey, everyone, or just maybe myslef. i reached the end of week 6. i lost almost 3 pounds this time. just in two weeks almost 8 pounds. im happy for that. i still have a long way to get to my goal but im trying to get there no matter what. take care everyone. let me know how you are doing.
