Question Can anyone help me?

Hey everyone,
Im from Australia and Im looking for a great diet pill or a great diet.
I have been looking on the internet for a great diet pill but 90% of them are from the USA and take up to 21 to 24 working days to get to Australia or some pills dont get delived to Australia because they dont pass customs.
I dont really want to wait close to a month for a diet pills to get to my door step. But if anyone out there that knows about a great diet pill that works, that has great customer reviews and medical reviews and doesn't cost in the hundrads... I might be willing to wait that long.
I was once on a diet two years ago after having my son (it was a points diet) and it worked great for me, I lost 15 kilos. But I tried the diet again about 2 months ago but hardly lost a kilo. So Im looking for something new (Australian diet would be great).
I want something that I can use as my everyday sife style where if I go out with friends I can eat something healthy and they all just think I have a healthy eating life style. I dont want to have to cook two meals for the night where I have to cook my partners and my sons dinner then cook something diff for myself. I dont want to be on a diet where Im always hungry throughout the day. I want to be on something where I can have something sweet and know that it wont go straight to my hips.
I have around 10 kilos to lose.
I try to get out and walk half an hour a day (i dont do gyms) and i try to drink 8 glasses of water a day but small bladders run in my Mums side of the family so Im always running to the bathroom ever half an hour lol.
If anyone out there can help me, that would be great. I am so ready to get rid of my big butt, belly and love handles lol.

Try Weight Watchers then, or one of those diets where they deliver the meals and you don't have to cook two meals, at all... Rather warm yours up..

It's a bit costly but seriously these diet pill things, just supress your appetite and don't give you energy , because there is no nutrition, you just don't feel like eating, it's not worth it if you can't have the daily requirements you need to feel healthy and alive at the end of the day, is it?

Hi Missarb,

CW is very right when it comes to diet pills. Sometimes I think these pills work mainly on the placebo effect. Some of them, like Alli, have been approved by the FDA, BUT they still have some unpleasant side effects. Basically, if you take in too many fat grams, then.....you'll be rushing to go to the bathroom! Would you really want to feel that way anytime you eat over your daily required fat gram intake??? Sounds good, but even good fat found in veggies could consitute an unpleasant side effect.

I would definately try a diet that has mainly veggies in it. I know, I know, most people don't like those, but you'd be surprised as to how quick you will see the results. A good way to determine if you're eating well is to look at your plate. A well-maintained diet should have very colorful plates. And, of course, your plate should have mostly veggies on it.

I may only be telling you what you've heard before, but nothing beats old fashioned diet and excersize. I'm a mom as well and one of the things I had to do was change the way I ate, and in return I found that I had more energy to play with my kids AND my complexion looked a ton better.

I wish there was some magic pill out there that just took all the fat away!!! But, we live in reality, so until fantasy becomes truth, I'll keep excersizing and eating well.

I wish you the best!
