Good morning, I am so happy to see that someone has kept this thread going.

I am starting back on this plan. I miss how well I felt when I drank the shakes. I have kept the 30 pounds off that I loss and now I am ready to lose more.

    MONDAY WEIGH-IN

It is Monday and this morning I weigh 140.7 lbs. That puts me at 13 pounds lost, only 9 more to go!

My 13 pounds was in about 13 weeks ... a bit slower than the others because I eat a lot more ... about 1700 per day right now.

Oh I should note that I'm having more calories because of my fitness program that involves heavy strength training.

Hey guys, I'm taking a month off to finish up this last stretch of P90X. I'm starting the last phase of the nutrition guide which is completely off this plan (lots of extra carbs), though I will be having my soy shakes for breakfast.

In any case I'll be back in July when I start Turbo Jam and go back to 40/30/30.

Oh, 60 day photos tomorrow ... I'll pop in to post them!

Hi, I am Erin from NC. I am just started the diet this morning. I am doing a lifestyle change with the way I eat as far as following a high protein, low fat, low carb diet. I do however need to jumpstart my weight loss and plan to do this diet for at least six to eight weeks to get it going. I bought P90X as well but was seriously sore, aching all over the next four days. I think I am going to stick with my Hip Hop Abs and Walk Away The Pounds.

I am going to look at the cardio and yoga DVDs that are part of the P90X though and try those out. For those doing the series, can you do part of it and interchange the days with another work out to still get good results? I just bought it so have only the first DVD which was the core syn thing. That was a killer for me as I must be very out of shape LOL. Anyways, looking forward to losing!

Hey ncgirl, I don't know what kind of results you can get with P90X while changing things around but if there is anything that will help you get ready for it, it's the stretch and yoga DVD's! If you can work those into your schedule twice a week each, you should be ready to attempt it again in no time.

Here are the photos I promised.

I really like the way my arms and legs keep slimming down, I pretty much lost an inch on all measurements between Day 30 and Day 60 (a little more around each thigh and a little less around the hips).

Anyway, I'll see you in about a month when I'll be following the Revival Diet until I reach my goal weight.
