I went ahead and emailed it. There's more information on the first page of this thread also.

Good luck! I'll be joining again in three weeks once I'm done training.

hey all!! I haven't disappeared just so much going on. I was doing P90X for a little while, but had a surgery on my leg awhile back & had a blood clot, Dr didn't want me working out on my legs much but anyway now that I can workout again I've decided to just start off with the diet & some cardio for a couple of weeks so that I can work my way back into being in good shape for P90X. Don't want to overdo it now that I can get back to working out!!! Hope everyone is doing well with the dieting! I'm planning a trip to Vegas in about 12 weeks so I'm setting a goal for that... of course I'd like to lose more, but 1 goal at a time.

Ghanie your 30/60 day pics look awesome can't wait to see your 90 day photos next!

Oh gosh, I'm getting nervous about those final photos as the inches are moving less this round. Hopefully things are just taking a more attractive shape or something.

Good news, I finally moved out of the 140's! And I found a new form of torture to take the place of P90X once it's done. Believe it or not, it's ballet ... I thought it would be more like yoga but it makes me feel like a weakling all over again. It makes your muscles feel like they're on fire in a completely different way than weight lifting.

So far I tried the Bar Method Body and Element Ballet Conditioning. There are also a few other videos that are more complex so I'm saving those for later (NYC Ballet Workout 1&2 and Ballet Boot Camp). Go figure ... after 75 days of P90X, it's ballet that kicks my butt, hehe.

In any case, I have about 2 weeks left before I can start the shakes again. And I'll have new "before" photos by then, hehe.

Hey everyone, I'm finally done with P90X so I'll be back on Monday. I'm looking to lose 6 more pounds before I start replacing these shakes with other foods. So it will be a new Day 1.

The plan is to shift into working out 5 days per week with 1500 calories on exercise days and 1300 calories on rest or stretch days.

What has everyone else been up to?

Hi you two! Jerzeebabie & ghanie, I feel like I know you both personally. I've read the entire first thread and now this second thread and have followed you both (over the past week or so) during your entire soy/whey/etc. shake experience and have even enjoyed reading about the PX90. At any rate, I've already been dabbling with this shake diet and have read all of your information and also from previous posters and have really learned a lot. The only thing I am missing is that I still have not actually read the original First article from Feb. '08. Would you mind emailing it to me? I know so much already from your posts, but would still like to read it. Thanks in advance! prettypatverizon

Pat, I can't believe you read the whole thing. I couldn't even get through all those pages when I started.

If anyone else needs it, you can IM me with your email or post it on my visitors page. I work online so I should get the message within a day.

So it's Week 1 for my second pass at this meal plan. I lost 2.5 lbs. I don't know if it's the new muscle or what but it brings me only 4 pounds away from my goal, yay!
